I have received an AVS Mismatch when trying to check out, what is this and has my order gone through?

An Address Verification Service (AVS) mismatch occurs when your provided address and/or postal code could not be verified with the records of your financial institution.

All transactions that have received an AVS Mismatch have been declined.

The AVS filter is an industry standard to protect customers from credit card fraud.

IMPORTANT: Please contact your bank before trying to replace your order.

Declined transactions due to AVS Mismatch will still deduct the funds from your credit card. However, the funds will be automatically credited to you within 3 business days. This policy is outside of Dynomighty Design’s power to change and involves inter-banking policy. (We recommend calling your bank and explaining that these were AVS errors and the funds should be returned to your available balance asap.)

You can avoid this error by placing your order with PayPal, or you can also use our Store Locator to find a store that sells our products in your area.

If you want to know more about AVS you can learn more here

If you have any questions about this we’d be glad to help answer them
